Effects of the probiotics on the chicks.

Recently , the  research  have shown  impressive results over the use of  probiotics.
It has been proven that the use of probiotics significantly improves the health of humans and animals.
The use of probiotics is also in the context of reducing the use of antibiotics.

Utility of probiotics.

 Probiotics are useful in establishing the intestinal flora in chicks.
A good flora will help them to have a better immunity, a better absorption of the  nutrients and it will also help to synthesize vitamins and proteins.

An imbalanced intestinal flora is very often responsible for diarrhoea caused by a simple stress that can quickly degrade the health of the animal. Its metabolism is very speed so it is very important to act quickly to avoid serious problems.

In chicks, the disruption of the intestinal flora is often fatal.
The chick is born sterile and parents have the task of seeding the digestive transit of their young during the feeding.
A disorder in the intestinal flora of chicks may result in the destruction of the membrane covering the faecal droppings.
This membrane, that is to contain their secretions allows parents to “ clean” the nest. Its absence or deterioration causes a discharge inside the nest, creating an environment allowing to the proliferation of pathogenic bacteria. It often causes mortality in the nest.
